The process
Six phases to lit
Planning & design
Engineers map every street, pole, and conduit to design the most efficient fiber route to your neighborhood.
Permitting
We work with your city and utilities to secure the permits and approvals required before any work begins.
Make-ready
Poles and underground paths are prepped so there's room to add fiber safely alongside existing utilities.
Main line build
Crews place the backbone fiber down your streets — aerial on poles or underground via conduit and microtrenching.
Splicing & testing
Technicians fusion-splice the strands and test every segment end to end to certify the network is ready.
Service-ready
Once your area passes inspection, we open ordering and schedule your individual install.
What to expect
A good neighbor on your block
A realistic timeline
Builds span weeks to a few months depending on permitting and route complexity.
Minimal disruption
We favor existing routes, microtrenching, and tidy work zones.
Full restoration
Any sidewalk, lawn, or road we touch is restored when we're done.
Clear communication
Door hangers, email updates, and on-site signage keep you posted.
